I work as a coach and sparring partner for executives, decision-makers and people navigating change. My approach is direct, clear and focused on the essentials.

EXPERIENCE
Over 20 years in international sales organisations have taught me that lulls and storms are all part of the job. The biggest challenges in companies are rarely purely technical in nature. More often than not, things fall apart due to unresolved tensions, a lack of clarity at the helm, or a failure to manage oneself – especially when the wind and waves grow rougher.
I have built teams, guided change and, often enough, had to make difficult decisions myself in the face of uncertainty.
I know that it is not enough to hope for better weather.
I have learnt to take the helm myself.

My work is built on a solid foundation of practical experience and sound methodology. I view professional development as a continuous process of refining my toolkit.
Through intensive training in systemic coaching, sports and leadership development, I have learnt to decipher complex dynamics within organisations.
Yet all this knowledge is worthless if it is not grounded in reality. My expertise is primarily drawn from hundreds of hours spent in leadership situations, heated negotiations and intensive coaching dialogues. I work with what stands the test of reality.
Qualifications
I don’t believe in complicated methods. Most issues can be resolved through clear thinking and honest discussions.
What matters is what works in practice. I work with what’s effective. We don’t need the rest.
